A few changes

Up until now I have just tried to post "healthy" stuff.  I've had some friends that are always asking for my recipes so I think I am going to start posting a variety of recipes, some might not be so healthy (the desserts =) ) But I figure almost any home cooked meal is better then fast-food, takeout, frozen meals, and restaurants.  I will still try to make them as healthy as I can, or suggest ways to do it if you'd like even if I didn't.  I hope you enjoy the new changes.  Please spread the word.
